POLE DANCE


Pole dance is a mix of dance and acrobatic moves around and on vertical pole. This activity has a lot of benefits: with pole dance you become more flexible, stronger, get better coordination and the most important you improve your self-confidence !
Pole dance is great for everyone- no matter what’s your age, level, morphology, gender you are all welcome to pole dance!
What happens on the pole dance class?
We start with a special warm up and exercises with pole. When body is ready and muscles are hot, we learn the basic spins, figures and transitions. In the end we mix all the beautiful elements that we’ve learned and make a routine!
We finish the lesson with stretching and exercises for muscle relaxation.
