STRETCHING


Stretching is a secret of youth and healthy life.
Stretching lessons help to become more active, take off stress, make your posture better and make your body more flexible.
To have good results it’s recommended to practice regularly -at least twice a week.
So don’t wait and try a stretching class with our awesome teacher Dasha!
During the lesson Dasha will create your personal program that will help you to progress fast and smooth. Some people need stretching for healthy active life, another people have some aims like to get into the splits, learn a « bridge » position, learn how to contortion, how to make back/shoulders more flexible....
During a private lesson we are going to define your objective and create a program for it.
Stretching we teach: active and dynamic stretching , passive stretching, breathe exercises, yoga exercises, auto massage.
